You can see the inspiration of the natural beauty of the Alabama mountains they call home reflected in the work of both artists. Wil Henry searches for wood with grains and tones that add natures own color palette to a timeless and graceful design. The trees and wildlife inspire the design of Katie's pottery. The color is drawn from the mosses that grow in the surrounding woods and critters like frogs and lizards can often be found perched along the rim of a plate or cup like they are the ones choosing who will purchase them and take them home. |
